With Gayatri's professional chef training in Italy, they first shared their labour of love with family and friends, which led to a growing customer base. In 2017, they officially launched their business, starting with six flavours in 500ml tubs, which has since expanded to over 40 flavours and various product offerings including Mini Sticks and Gelato Sandwiches.
